We would like to invite you to the O!Pary - a friendly curling tournament for teams of two*
*we play by the WCF mixed doubles rules, but the teams do not have to be mixed!
▫️Dates: 7-9 January 2022
▫️Venue: Curling Łódź, ul. Śnieżna 10, 92-103 Łódź, Poland
▫️Number of teams: 20
▫️Prize money: 2400 PLN (I: 1000 PLN, II: 600 PLN, III: 500 PLN, IV: 300 PLN)
▫️Entry fee: 698 PLN (155 EUR)
▫️System of play: RR in groups + QF, SF, F
▫️4 games guaranteed
▫️Registration: online form. Registraion opens on 23rd of August 2021 at 20:00.
▫️First 5 registered teams are guaranteed a spot in the tournament!
▫️Registration closes on 7th of November 2021.

Please note that successful submition of the entry form will be confirmed with an automated email. Registered teams will be displayed under "Pending Teams" in the "List of Participants" tab after verification. First 5 registered teams will be displayed under "Accepted Teams" in the "List of Participants" tab after verification. If you have not received a message from us after submitting a registration form, please let us know on: firstname.lastname@example.org
Only original, unmodified, WCF-approved pads and covers with codes ale allowed at this event.
Accepted teams will be notified by email no later than 14th of November 2021 and entry fee payment info will be provided. If no payment is received by 3rd of December 2021, spot will be transmited to a waitlisted team without further reminders. Entry fee will not be refunded for any withdrawals made after paying the entry fee, unless a substitute team is found, in which case the refund will be charged with an administrative fee of 25 PLN. If no teams are left of the waiting list, it is the withdrawing team's responsibility to find a substitute team. The administrative fee is not charged if the teams (withdrawing and subbing) settle the entry fee between themselves. Changes in a team line-up submitted after the announcement of accepted teams might lead to exclusion of the team from accepted list and relegation to the waiting list.
