ENTRIES, FEES AND LINE-UPS

“Line-up: 1. me, 2. my buddy, 3. no idea yet, 4. no idea yet”
Only entries listing the first and last names of at least 3 players will be considered. An incomplete line-up (2 players or fewer) cannot be completed later.
“Did our entry go through?”
You will receive an automatic e-mail after submitting the form – that is our confirmation that the entry has arrived. If you haven't received it and you're sure the form was filled in correctly, let us know at kontakt@curlinglodz.pl. Valid entries, once verified (which may take a few days), will appear on the PARTICIPANTS LIST as “Awaiting confirmation”.
Money, money, money

No later than 14 December 2026 we will send the qualified teams a confirmation of participation together with a request to pay the entry fee. Places not paid for by 31 December 2026, 23:59 will automatically pass to teams on the reserve list.

If your team decides to withdraw after registering but before the entry fee deadline, please let us know by e-mail at kontakt@curlinglodz.pl – that way we can offer your place to a team on the reserve list sooner.

If a team withdraws from the tournament after paying the entry fee, the fee is non-refundable, unless another team from the reserve list is willing to take its place.

If there are no teams left on the reserve list, the withdrawing team may find a replacement itself, after contacting the organiser first.

If a team withdraws after paying the entry fee and another team takes its place, an administration fee of 220 PLN is deducted from the refund.

“Hey Curling Łódź, our line-up just fell apart…”

All line-up changes must be sent to the organiser by e-mail at kontakt@curlinglodz.pl no later than 21 January 2027, 21:00. This deadline also applies to teams registered with 3 or 4 players who want to add a 4th and/or 5th player.

Changes affecting half or more of the originally registered players may result in the entry not being considered or in the team losing its right to play in the tournament.

A player may not be registered in more than one team. If the same person appears in 2 or more line-ups, they will only be recognised in the team they were registered with first.

“Borrowing” players from other teams during the tournament is not allowed.

Fielding a player who is not on the team's registered line-up means forfeiting that game. A forfeit is scored 0:12 (6 ends).
