We would like to invite you to the O!Pary - a friendly curling tournament for teams of two*

* we play by the WCF mixed doubles rules, but the teams do not have to be mixed!

▫️Dates: 3-5 January 2025
▫️Venue: Curling Łódź, ul. Śnieżna 10, 92-103 Łódź, Poland
▫️Number of teams: 20
▫️Prize money: 3000 PLN (I: 1300 PLN, II: 700 PLN, III: 600 PLN, IV: 400 PLN)
▫️Entry fee: 988 PLN (or 235 EUR)
▫️System of play: RR in groups + QF, SF, F
▫️4 games guaranteed
▫️Registration: online form. Registraion opens on the 1st of September 2024 at 20:00.
▫️First 5 registered teams are guaranteed a spot in the tournament!
▫️Registration closes on the 17th of November 2024.

Please note that successful submition of the entry form will be confirmed with an automated email. Registered teams will be displayed under "Pending Teams" in the "List of Participants" tab after verification. First 5 registered teams will be displayed under "Accepted Teams" in the "List of Participants" tab after verification. Only original, unmodified pads/covers with codes approved for use in WCF competitions are allowed at this event.

No later than November 25, 2024, accepted teams will receive a confirmation of participation along with a request for payment of the entry fee. Unpaid spots by December 10, 2024, at 11:59 PM will be automatically transferred to the waitlisted teams. In the event of withdrawal from the tournament after the entry fee has been paid, but no later than December 23, 2024, the entry fee will be refunded minus administrative costs of 198 PLN (47 EUR). If a team withdraws from the tournament after December 23, 2024, the entry fee will not be refunded. No changes can be made to the pair's line-up. For pairs whose participation in the tournament has been confirmed, a change in the line-up is equivalent to withdrawal from the tournament. For pairs pending confirmation, a change in the pair line-up is equivalent to withdrawing the entry, and a new pair should be registered through the registration form. After the announcement of the list of teams qualified for the tournament, the registration form will be reopened, and it will be possible to sign up for the reserve list.
